I've been going to see Sabrina for years as she's always ready to work with me for whatever physically demanding thing I decide to do that month. As a powerlifter and runner, she helps relieve the muscle tension that slowly builds up over time. She takes notes on each customer to make sure everything is setup for you when you walk-in and remembers your last conversation even if it's 2-3 months later.
Sabrina and Joe are the best. I’ve run multiple marathons since seeing Sabrina over the last 3 years and she has played a huge part in helping me stay injury free. I would highly recommend them both!
I tried out the new stretch therapy service with Joe and was blown away. As an Olympic weightlifter, mobility and strength are major priorities. My experience wasn’t like those stretch labs where every session is the same generalized protocol.
