This is my third winter for using Refined Landscape for snow removal. From our first encounter, I found them very responsive (other places I called for a quote didn't call me back or didn't show up). Their communication is also very respectful. But what kind of job do they do on the snow, you ask? It is so good! For this last crazy snow, they came out at least 3x -- final time at midnight when the snow had stopped to not only plow but shovel around the cars. We use Refined Landscape for snow removal for the last 3 years and when we huge storm yesterday (somewhere around 14 inches) their guys did an amazing job. They are also super responsive to emails which is a big plus.
