I do not like writing reviews, however, the longer I think about my last experience the more I feel I am obligated. This negative review is only for the stylist assigned to me. I regret not looking close in the mirror prior to leaving their shop (I wear glasses & take them off during a hair cut), if I had I would have understood why Madison acted strange when I confirmed we had our next appt. booked. I called while they were closed and didn’t realize. Was even more surprised to get a call back later in the day. I was unable to make an appointment at that time, but thought that was classy. Came back about a week or so after right when she opened, and she was able to take me as a walk in for a trim and some layering. Very kind and professional. I will be returning! 🩵
Amanda did an AMAZING job with my hair she took it from looking so bleak and boring to looking so radiant!! She was very friendly too and made my first time comfy. I will definitely be coming back!!
