I had a great experience with Refined Home Services when my toilet got blocked last week. I was in a bit of a panic, but from the moment I called them, I felt reassured. The lady who answered the phone (Amanda, I think) was super friendly and managed to schedule an appointment for me the same day. The plumber, Keanu, arrived right on time and was very professional. Had these guys over. I must tell you, they are super knowledgeable and explained everything, they did a beautiful and experienced job. Super clean! No mess, it wasn't noticeable that someone had worked at my home. Highly recommended. Giving them a 5+++ review!
