I had the RAPID neurofacial treatment for my neck and shoulder pain with Courtney and I must say BEST treatment I’ve ever had! Her pressure and movements were pristine. I will be booking again.
Hi. I visit Jillian there. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. I have had massages by a number of different people and companies. She hands down is the best at what she does. No Pun Intended) I would highly recommend Refined Health and Jillian to anyone.
Excited to see Kaitlyn Steele has joined the Refined team! Kaitlyn’s reflexology treatments are incredible. Her warm and inviting personality immediately puts you at ease. When she treated me I was new to reflexology and she took the time to explain what a treatment would consist of and the benefits I could expect post treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to future treatments with her.
Jillian is amazing if you are looking for a deep tissue massage. Had massage and cupping. I left a puddle of melty jello. Highly recommend.
I really like that they tailor the massage to your unique concerns and do a full history review form for their professionals to review before treating you. Tammy was great, very thorough, very professional but also personable and respectful :) Love the atmosphere of this place.
