This company is not only unprofessional in the way they handle customer service, but in their quality of work as well. The "finished" floors are horrendous. Yes, the big areas look great, but just take a closer look at the edges, thresholds, etc. There are gaps and holes all over. I am horrified at the amount of money they charged, and the 4 months they took to not professionally complete a job.
