I was looking for a new eye doctor and came across Dr Raley on Apple Maps. When I arrived at her office, her receptionist greeted me and my daughter with a warm smile and a welcome greeting. I unfortunately had to take my daughter with me but that did not bother Dr. Raley and her staff. They were very accommodating and even explained to my daughter some of the images the Dr. was explaining to me. I will definitely recommend Refined Eye Care & Eyewear Gallery to anyone looking for a new eye Dr.
This place stinks. She couldn't make a useful pair of glasses for my wife. I gave her two chances to make mine, but they're still worse than the glasses I wanted to replace. I need extra light to read by now and another issue is worse than ever. I'm making an appointment at another optometrist to try again. (BTW, no refunds here no matter how bad they are.)
I was in New Braunfels visiting family and had an unexpected eye emergency. My doctor from home asked that I find a local doctor to see me the next day. The team at Refined Eye Care was amazing. They got me in within 12 hours, called me the next morning to schedule an appointments. The staff was caring and comforting. The doctor made me feel safe, reassured, and I had total confidence that everything was going to be ok. I can not recommend them enough!!
Very thorough and great at explaining any issues you may be having. Helpful staff when it comes to picking out frames.
More than 5 stars. They care. Not just a quick appt trying to rush you out the door. They take the time to care for your eyes.
