This is not the type of builder you want operating in your neighborhood. They bought a piece of property next door to us after they solicited the neighborhood saying they wanted to find a lot because they were down-sizing - that was the first lie...Then they framed & roofed a 6,000+ SQ FT house and then stopped construction with no activity for close to 3 years. They have had a dumpster and a porta a potty 30 ft from our front door this entire time. They are not actively working on the home but they do routinely bring trash ... read more
