Refined Contracting provided every detail of installing our new roof. You know how difficult it can be dealing with the insurance company? Refined Contracting handled EVERY communication required to negotiate payment in full on the roof and worked with our adjuster so all expenses for our new roof were paid by insurance. My mother’s house sustained hail damage last May 2022. Refine Contracting was referred by a relative. My mother and I had a great experience working with Mark. He was very responsive. Explained everything thoroughly. Answered all our questions. He was very patient with us as we experienced some issue with our insurance payments being issued with the wrong payees.
