As a healthcare worker who takes care of people ..slowing down and taking time to take care of yourself is hard. The past month has teached me to be be more aware of my body so i can continue to do what I love and help my patients. Dr.Alyssa has helped me to focus on my body especially my back so i can prevent further joint damage and pain. Our sessions has been so helpful and I’m glad I decided to slow and listen to my body. I honestly have to say discovery Refined Chiropractic & Wellness has been a HUGE life savor for me. Since becoming pregnant with my first baby, and also working as an aesthetician I struggle with several aches and pains as you can imagine. Finding a good chiropractor who truly cares can be tricky:/ I had a chiropractor for almost 15 years who I loved but unfortunately moved away so I had the daunting task of finding a new one I can trust.
