Eric and Sean at Refined Rugs and Carpets have been unfailingly wonderful to us. We’ve been going there for about five years now, and each time they’ve been friendly and have gone out of their way to give us a fair deal on the carpet cleaning and repairs. The first time we went there, we brought in a small rug that I’d bought elsewhere for half price because it had a large tear near the edge. We are return customers and Refined does great work. Eric is very thorough and easy to work with. Refined moved to a new location that is much larger and easy to find.
The BEST rugs in all of OC! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic customer service, and manufacturing. I had a custom rug made for my front room and have had nothing but a 5 star experience. The rug has weathered really well with 2 dogs and 2 young kids. I went back a couple years later to have it cleaned and they did such a great job, and were very patient with me for pick up (busy mom life). Thanks again you guys. We will be back!
