Been seeing Charlie for a month or so now for injury management for my legs. Exercises prescribed has been a great help for building and maintaining strength on my road to recovery. Have been met with utmost professionalism and staff are friendly and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend a visit to the team if you are in need of physiotherapy.
I came in to see Vincent here for the last few weeks to help rehab my foot after a gymnastics injury. He was super helpful and gave me a very clear plan for exercises to get me back on track quickly. Facilities are awesome and very clean as well.
I have been seeing Charles and Tuan for exercise physiology for over 2 yrs. Both of them were fantastic, and professional. I have the highest respect for them. I found both were very supportive and motivating. I managed to build up strength and flexibility in there modern studio. I had a exercise program developed with a weights routine, suited to my needs.
