I have been seeing Charles and Tuan for exercise physiology for over 2 yrs. Both of them were fantastic, and professional. I have the highest respect for them. I found both were very supportive and motivating. I managed to build up strength and flexibility in there modern studio. I had a exercise program developed with a weights routine, suited to my needs.
