I’ve been seeing Esther at Refine Physiotherapy, and she is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients’ progress. From the very first session, she took the time to understand my situation and tailored my treatment plan to suit my needs. She’s professional, compassionate, and truly outstanding at what she does.
Esther is the best, my shin splints are so much better and I’ve been able to support my ankles a lot more when running
I’ve been going to this clinic for a few months for my neck problems, and Joseph has been the best! I’ve had cervicogenic headaches for 1-2 years that have been the result of chronic neck pain. He’s thoroughly worked on all parts of my back, shoulders and neck, and has been effective. I don’t get headaches anymore and can stay at a desk for prolonged sessions now without my neck cramming and stiffening. Definitely can recommend this place, all staff are the kindest !
A big thanks to Damien Li. He helped me relieve my severe lower back pain and sciatica in just four sessions. I had been experiencing that horrible pain for about 1.5 years. I tried everything, including massage and chiropractic treatments, but not made much of difference. After seeing Damien Li for a couple of sessions, my lower back pain and sciatica nearly disappeared. Amazing physiotherapist
