Absolutely horrible experience. Gisela talks down to you like you’re stupid. She tells you to email her and then ghosts you it’s been 7 YEARS and I still haven’t received a response. The front desk is completely unorganized. I sat there for 2 HOURS without being checked in, while Gisela stood there yelling at her staff. The staff clearly need better training and don’t seem to know what they’re doing. What really disgusted me was seeing my daughter placed in the dental chair before the area was wiped down. Every single worker there is so incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the experience. Their energy made me excited to return to the orthodontist rather than dread the experience! So grateful for the memories and the results!!

Everyone at Refine Orthodontics was so sweet and kind. They did a great job on my teeth and now I feel much more confident every time I smile!
My experience with reception and orthodontic assistants was good, most were nice and accommodating, but I wouldn’t go back for orthodontic work. The bracket adhesive would often fall off while eating soft foods within 1-7 days of having them put on, resulting in me coming back in ASAP. Often I also didn’t know they came off and was informed when I was in for the next checkup.
