Horrible horrible! I had an appointment for beard coloring, got there at 11:05 am for my 11 am appointment, after half an hour wait 11:35 they called me in and said let me check if we have beard color and told me ' oh sorry, we are out of beard color '. Waisted my time and didn't get service.
Ben was excellent! He was patient as my wife explained to him how she wanted my hair cut and he gave good feedback. Very friendly. He also did a great job!
Terrible customer service!
Used to go regularly Hairstylists/Barbers were great the last couple years, however the last couple times i went i’ve been dissatisfied and it seems like they hire anyone they can find on the streets, the last guy i had must have been blind and deaf when i showed him pictures and explained what i wanted, for one thing i told the barber to give me a fade and he shave 2 guard all the way up to my hairline and then left the hair long on the top and put it over the sides, not even gonna mention everything else. if it were just o... read more
