We have had Refine Kitchens Baths & Floors remodel two of our homes over a 10 year span--two kitchens, four bathrooms & a complete hardwood floor. If you have anyone other than Refine KBF do a remodel, you are making a mistake. They do great work & are fair in their pricing.
We worked with Refine to renovate our house including the kitchen and 3 bathrooms in 2016. So many things were done subpar and left us very dissatisfied. I will never recommend this company. I’m not the type that takes time to write reviews so we moved on until now. The reason I’m writing a review now, 6 years later, is because the undermount sink in our bathroom has fallen. Excellent customer service. Quality flooring. Very competent installation.
The sales person is not honest! We caught her lying us at least two times. From a technical stand point they are doing a decent job, but not the quality they are charging for. Honestly next time I will I will not choose them again.
