Gabi is an amazing, motivating trainer. I look forward to going to her classes. She varies and customizes her classes and I always feel like I get an extremely challenging workout!

This is the place to be if you want to feel stronger! As a middle aged, yet active woman, I was feeling discouraged that cardio alone hasn’t been working. I’ve tried taking the large classes at bigger gyms, but I’m never sure that I’m doing the exercises correctly or if I was receiving any results. With Gabby, it’s a whole new story. This is the best class- Gabi makes sure each class is varied and the music is fun so the time flies by. She makes sure we are doing the exercises correctly to prevent injuries. All the women are encouraging and nonjudgmental. Give it a try!

I love Refine Fitness. I get a fantastic workout in an incredibly supportive environment. The exercises are challenging and creative, and the owner is knowledgeable and engaging. I feel motivated to keep coming back. It’s also super easy to find, centrally located with a big convenient parking lot. The classes are not crowded, and it’s easy to reserve later without feeling pressured to commit days in advance. I strongly recommend it.
