Had a great training session with Gabi this week in her new studio. I'm very happy that when I express my concerns about my knee or back Gabi listens to me, adjusts exercise as needed and is very encouraging. This is the type of feedback I need to keep me coming back. Thanks Gabi. :)

Gabi's excellent. She pushes you in respects to what your body can do and what your goals are. For me trying to get back into shape, this is the perfect blend. I've brought my wife by as well as my guy friends and they plan to do more sessions with Refine.
