I live in NJ, but I try to visit Refine Fitness whenever Im in CT visiting my parents. Gabby changes it up every time so its never boring, and the vibe is great. If you want to push yourself and get strong, Refine is the place to be.
Refine Fitness builds a genuinely supportive environment where people show up for each other. The emphasis on getting stronger—while encouraging, pushing, and celebrating one another—feels authentic, not forced. It’s an inclusive space, and newcomers are welcomed in a way that makes them feel part of the group from day one.
Gabi is an amazing, motivating trainer. I look forward to going to her classes. She varies and customizes her classes and I always feel like I get an extremely challenging workout!
This is the place to be if you want to feel stronger! As a middle aged, yet active woman, I was feeling discouraged that cardio alone hasn’t been working. I’ve tried taking the large classes at bigger gyms, but I’m never sure that I’m doing the exercises correctly or if I was receiving any results. With Gabby, it’s a whole new story.
