First time at Refine Face & Body Spa to have a facial done by Ashley. It was great. I felt very comfortable with everything she was doing. The steam felt good, and the mask was so relaxing. She did a great job, definitely going back to treat myself again. And definitely asking for Ashley again.

I had a pumpkin enzyme facial, it was heavenly. They use tools I’ve never heard of before! Janice was very informative and answered all my questions. Heather did a sensi-peel, also great! I’m still waiting to see the final results. She also let me know what process she was following to prevent adverse effects.

Ashley's facial expertise is truly commendable. The attention to detail in her work is evident, leaving my skin feeling nourished and revitalized. I'm not usually one to get pampered but it was such a great experience .If you're looking for a skilled aesthetician who goes above and beyond, Ashley is the one.
