First time at Refine Dentistry and honestly I’m kicking myself for not switching sooner. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone was warm, welcoming, and made me feel totally at ease. The cleaning was thorough and comfortable, the office is spotless and modern, and the whole visit just felt effortless. You can tell this team actually enjoys what they do and it shows. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Dr. Lam and his whole team were great! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made it feel way less stressful than a dental visit usually does. Unique was my hygienist and she was awesome. Super gentle, explained everything as she went, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell they really care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Definitely glad I came here and would recommend them to anyone.
Very thorough consultation & exam. I was able to relax during the cleaning and my teeth feel so much better I just feel compelled to add to my previous review. The experience here is top tier. I went somewhere else afterwards and could notice a big difference from the way the doctor does his injections over here to where they do them elsewhere. This place is absolutely worth the long drive! My first visit was a cleaning. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was nervous, but the entire staff made me feel completely at ease and felt zero judgment. Victoria was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the different levels of cleaning and overall helped me understand and learn so much about my oral health in a span of 30 minutes.
