Skye has been so great to work with. She's always quick to respond, super friendly, and really knows her stuff. She makes dealing with insurance so much easier and always follows up, which I really appreciate. I've been to plenty of offices where the dr is great but the front desk makes the whole experience not that great. That definitely wasn't the case. This is the first time in my long life and a string of dentists that I am not been manipulated into unnecessary expensive treatments. Dr. Gang is straightforward, guided by professionalism rather than dollar signs. She describes in details problems and treatment plans and gives me the most appropriate guidelines. I respect her for this and by her behavior I think the respect is mutual. Facts, no nonsense. From the moment I walked in, this practice exceeded every expectation. Skye at the front desk set the tone immediately with a warm smile, personable demeanor, and genuine competence. She took the time to walk me through pricing before my full x-rays and then helped me again at checkout, clearly explaining Invisalign costs and getting my next cleaning on the books.
