Went for a competition to support our CFC family. Several of my colleagues and acquaintances are members of Refine, so it was fun to see them and watch the competition. Great community vibe and culture here.
This is the most life-giving gym I’ve ever been a part of. This place challenges me to be better in every way and has given me many friends I now do life with!
I've dropped in multiple times on trips to Conway and have experienced nothing but excellence! It's an awesome facility that has everything you'll ever want/need. The coaches are top-notch and very intentional in giving you individualized cues to help you step up your game! If I lived in Conway, this would be my gym for sure!
