I would not recommend. Brandi, one of the owners, is supposed to be a curly hair expert, but really messed up my barely curly hair. In addition, she's not very customer oriented, an honestly comes across as rude. The whole place was chaos. She spent more time after the cut looking for a diffuser and left someone to dry my hair which looked like a frizzy mess. Absolutely adore Brandi! It’s always so nerve wrecking when you go to a new stylist but she was SO kind and made it such a relaxing experience. I’ve seen some negative reviews for her but I can tell you those are not true. It’s an absolute pleasure to sit in Brandi’s chair. 10/10 recommend.
Pretty late making this review but thought it should be known. I had an issue with one of the co-workers (JP) not communicating to me very well and left me hanging for days without a response. Then, I got in touch with the owner, Brandi, and she immediately just started making excuses following my complaint, she started acting defensive? We've only lived here in Missouri going on 2 years in March. We found Olivia by chance and she's been amazing. Last night was the first time I took my daughter to get her hair done with highlights. Olivia didn't disappoint. As soon as my daughter was done she sent out a mass text EVERY contact in her phone... She's in love with her new hair. I definitely recommend going and making your appointment with Olivia.
Refine Beauty in O’Fallon is the only salon I trust with my hair. I have been seeing Shea for years and she always gives honest recommendations on what styles will suit me and tips for hair care. The space is beautiful, the staff is great, and I always leave feeling taken care of. I love coming here and knowing my hair is in good hands.
