I highly recommend Refine! I've come in for a number of services from facials to injectables and have had great outcomes every time. Dr. V really knows her stuff and takes the time to explain everything, make you feel comfortable and listen - you feeling good with how you look is a main priority for her, which I greatly appreciate! Her team are friendly and knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer and plan to come back for many years!
Bad customer service, I think $150 or $200 to speak for 10 minutes is ridiculous. I also didn't feel that the owner Dr truly cares. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
I tried the Yumi Lash Lift and Tint for the first time, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! My esthetician was Marian, and she was the best! She walked me through every step and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The end results are amazing. It's been a few weeks and my lashes still look naturally curled and lifted. I 100% recommend, and will be coming back to try a diamond glow facial next time for my best friends wedding!
My experience at Refine Anti-Aging was very thorough and provided realistic results. I entered the office in a desperate state to address hair loss and regrowth. Nope, not going back there. I was going to do my follow up sessions with her, but the way she rushed me to do the procedure, even doing the consent forms for me and making feel bad for not wanting my photos to be posted publicly by saying “you don’t have much followers anyway” and not discussing my choices for the types of PRF I want to use and went ahead with the PRF gel which is more expensive. Not a nice experience. Only the front desk lady was nice
