I was hopeful about working with Refine and liked them at first, but unfortunately didn’t have the experience I expected. I was forced to order a second month of tirzepatide after only one week, kept on a very low dose despite asking if we should increase, and didn’t receive follow-up or guidance when I raised concerns. I ended up spending close to $900 without seeing results. I’m sharing this to help others ask the right questions before starting treatment so they can avoid the same disappointing experience.
