I was very dissatisfied with these guys! I bought an large capacity refurbished color cartridge for $30 dollars. Took it home and it didn't work - out of ink, so I took it back the next day to get it replaced. They would not replace it because it was not a large capacity as stated on the receipt and was bone dry. The man showed me a number on the box that indicated it was 2 years old.
