Jo is the only massage therapist I’ve visited that truly cares about function and mobility. She’ll give a relaxing massage if that’s your goal but I prefer to have the knots kneaded out. Jo listens to what your concerns are and will focus on those areas to figure out what’s happening. She’s well versed in her trade and has diagrams on the walls to help explain/show how the body is connected. Worked with Joanna at a previous office years ago, and was SO happy to find her again now in her own space. The space is quaint, clean, and conveniently located in downtown. I went to Joanna multiple times during my first pregnancy for prenatal massage. She worked out knots I was not even aware of, while still taking care and being cautious with my condition. I never knew that this place existed until this weeks flower festival and was excited to book my first session since this is really close to home. When I typically get a massage I seek for a male to get a firm experience….so I was a little reluctant to book at first. However Joannna will surprise you as she has more strength than it appears. Joanna did excellent work on my muscle knots and tension. She's the most professional therapist I've seen in recent memory. She was able to correctly infer my occupation, activity level, and old injuries based on her care method. The relief and treatment she provided was world-class. Awesome job.

Excellent massage therapist and overall service. After many shoulder surgeries, Joanna knows where to find the right target areas to work on. I highly recommend her!
