Highly recommended!! I procrastinated for years and years- finally went when my pain and chronic neck mobility problem prevented my sleep and impeded driving. I was hoping for pain relief, I was not expecting I’d get both pain relief and my full mobility back. Joanna’s amazing, and continues to dial things in on my neck and shoulders. Highly recommended
I've had several massages from Jo over the years and it is always a wonderful experience. Jo knows when to apply the right level of pressure without me even saying anything. She's been able to remove knots around my shoulders and also help with random leg and knee pains I have. I love and am grateful for her passion to help bring relief to her clients. A bonus is the oil that she uses on you. She makes a blend that suits you that smells awesome during and after the session.
Jo is the only massage therapist I’ve visited that truly cares about function and mobility. She’ll give a relaxing massage if that’s your goal but I prefer to have the knots kneaded out. Jo listens to what your concerns are and will focus on those areas to figure out what’s happening. She’s well versed in her trade and has diagrams on the walls to help explain/show how the body is connected. Worked with Joanna at a previous office years ago, and was SO happy to find her again now in her own space. The space is quaint, clean, and conveniently located in downtown. I went to Joanna multiple times during my first pregnancy for prenatal massage. She worked out knots I was not even aware of, while still taking care and being cautious with my condition.
