I wanted to work with a small, local company that did all the work themselves, so I chose Reficiency for my solar installation and I am so happy I did! I dealt directly with Tyler, the young owner/president of the company himself - he was very easy to reach and responsive, by email or text. Decent price, but you get what you pay for. Customer service is lacking. No communication for weeks on project status. Unreasonable install delays. Timeframe from contract signing to install and power up took well over six months. Well, even design back and forth during the quotation phase were unreasonably long. Post install, no communication on incentives. Install itself is less then appealing with conduits all over the roof. Permits were pulled only after the physical install was complete. Again, you get what you pay for.
