I got into a car accident and Reffitt was there to help me out. My family has been going to Reffitt for almost 3 generations now!

I am disappointed with my experience with this shop. I got a flat tire right outside of Reffitt’s on my way to work. I pulled in (didn’t need towed) and asked if anyone would be able to help me put on my donut because I didn’t have a jack. The man who helped me was very kind and explained that he could put my donut on or get me a tire and I could pick my car up after work. This man cheated and victimized me, and I want the whole world to know it. We were out of town when our starter went out in our van, leaving us stranded. They said it would be fixed in one day; it took two. When I questioned why he charged me for five hours of labor for a 2-hour job he got very defensive. Yelling at me, his place is a five-star place.
