Realtors BEWARE! They send you bogus, unvetted leads. When you say you would like to cancel they force you to commit to them for 12 months! I would not recommend. In fact I have discouraged my agents to sign with them.
Do not register as an agent!!! All referrals are auto accept!!! We already received a client by referral, but the client somehow clicked on my husband's name online and ended up on Referral Exchange's website. Referral Exchange sent the referral too, but we did not decline it fast enough as a duplicate so they wanted 30% even though I could show them proof that we had already received the referral prior to their email. Its ok. A lot of the leads don’t ever answer the phone and having the leads page tell us we missed out on commissions because we were “too slow” is incorrect and insulting.
