I had multiple realtors reach out to me after using referral exchange.
ReferralExchange successfully helped me choose the best listing agent. My only complaint is that it was confusing to get a short list from both ReferralExchange and RealEstateAgents.com, and the lists were not exactly the same. Instead of 4 listing agents to pick from, I had a total of 6 to then narrow down to 1.
Doesn't even deserve one star. I had a very frustrating experience with ReferralExchange. Their service was not as advertised, and I found their process to be misleading and unhelpful. Instead of providing quality referrals, they seemed more focused on taking a cut from transactions without adding real value. I recently spoke with Shauntae Hill-James regarding my account and expressed my desire to cancel my contract due to a lack of qualified leads. She informed me that my contract was set to auto-renew—something I was not aware of— and that I was locked in for another six months. While she did show me how to disable the auto-renewal feature, she was unwilling to assist in fully canceling my account, despite my dissatisfaction with the service.
