Upon further investigation of the vast differences between an established Real estate agent and a recently licensed one , I chose to go with the more seasoned and well established one . We did like our previous agent but we weren't getting the exposure that we were paying for.
Who would of thought an on-line service could work so well:) Common thought is you get one through word of mouth or from a friend etc- sadly had none of those so used the interweb& WoW! was lined up with a local realtor 'Angela Glazema'- a regular force of nature . Asked for the referral and my phone started ringing within the hour Very impressed with the service& her work ethic. Will update review once all is said & done.
Both David and Phyllis had my interest at heart . Doing their best to find the place that would suit me the best. .Always ready to answer questions. And let me know when a property I found wasn’t was or was not suitable. They were on top of it when properties came on the market.
