If you want to ruin your rug or carpet this is the best place to go. The owner picked up my rug to dry clean and after 5-6 weeks I got my rug back - ruined. The owner just "hose down" my long hair rug and dropped it off still wet with dark spots (rug originally was IVORY COLOR, long hair) saying that I have to wait for a week or two to completely dry and the dark spots will disappear.
