Ordered pants and jacket from them for basketball season. When the order arrived there was no jacket in the package. No one will get back to me. I want to send the pants back as I dont want to give them any business but at the very least they should refund the money for the jacket they never sent.
I order a package deal for football officials they charged me an extra ***** for 2 to 4 days later I still dont have my gear and no one is responding to VM nor email messages I will never order from them again
Avoid Referee Store for Yapalong products. Their customer service is atrocious. I purchased an 8-unit set for over $2,000 that never worked. Upon arrival I noticed that one unit was scratched (appearing used). I tested them immediately and informed them that the units did not work. They advised me on troubleshooting, taking with experts and working with the manufacturer. I purchased a referee extra large shirt from the referee store when it was delivered the shirt was too large so I am requesting an exchange for a smaller size a store owner is refusing my request, not returning my phone calls or answering my questions.
