I've been seeing Dr Reeves for at least 10 years+. I have always left my appts feeling heard and understood. She is a very good doctor and all her staff has been wonderful, always.
Dr Reeves is awesome. She is patient with me! I appreciate her staff they are very kind and caring.
Terrible experience with the billing department. Paid off the bill and they keep trying to claim I owe them.
The level of customer service has dropped so low, I am sad to say I am leaving Dr. Reeves. I have been going to Reeves for 8 years. Due to my RA, I want to visit a specialist but to get a referral you must have an appointment even if you were just in the office one week prior for full labs. I have been asking for my records to be forwarded to a new doctor and the staff is not helpful. It started the last week of November and they still have not released my records. Have been seeing Dr. Reeves for over 12 years, she listens to the patient and talks "with," not "AT" you. She explains treatment options thoroughly, with alternate recommendations if medically indicated. She excels at care coordination of care for complex problems which often require considerable time coordinating with diverse subspecialists.
