Great Service!! I have used Arkansas Appliance for air conditioning and refrigerator repairs. They are courteous, professional, and good at their job. They have always responded very quickly and fixed our problem without any trouble. They have very reasonable rates. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of household repair.

Charged me over $400 to to repair my washer. After a couple of weeks started having the same problem. When I called I was told it could be the same cost again. After having called in another repair service i found out that Reeves had put the motor on upside down. $75 fixed it. When I called to let Reeves that one of their repairmen wasn’t doing a good job I was hung up on by the woman that answered the phone. If you need repairs message me and I will get you with a reliable repairman
We had a problem with water leaking into our refrigerator from the freezer. When I called Steve he knew what the problem was from the start of our conversation. It took him about 30minutes to find the issue and fix it. That's taking the icemaker out, removing the bottom panel part of the freezer out. Then put all back together. 5 stars Steve. Thank you saving us the price/cost of a new refrigerator.
Steve worked on my ice maker this week and it’s working great. This is just the latest of many repairs he has done for us. He has fixed our dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, garbage disposal, and A/C. He’s honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and always polite. Give him a call, you won’t be disappointed!
