The absolute worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have 54 insurance policies, so I know a little bit about insurance. I dealt with a person named Nicole Ancog. After I paid my $4921.00 premium, she never returned my emails or phone calls. I ended up canceling the policy. I'm surprised that this insurance company could be so bad with customer service. In my opinion, the four star reviews they have are fake. If you scroll through, you will find many who had the same experience that I did.
