I HAD AN OCCUPATIONAL APPOINTMENT, WAS ASKED BY DAT 2 SET UP NXT 5 APPOINTMENTS UP FRONT, I ASKED GENTLEMAN 4 HLP, .HE SAID, HE WAS CLOSING HIS THE 1ST LADY @ WALK IN COUNTER CLD HLP ME...AS I WAS BEING ASSISTED ..SHE TURNED HER ATTENTION 2 MAN IN CHAIR WHOM DID NOT SOEAK ENGLISH. The professionalism and patience shown to my father by Ms. Katherine Farrimond, and the University Health Staff -- Outpatient Rehabilitation program, was exceptional. We took my father in for a "driving assessment" to ensure that he, and others, would be safe if we allowed him to continue driving. Unfortunately, he did not pass, but this type of knowledge/information may have saved him, and others, from an avoidable automobile accident. I 100% recommend utilizing their services.

Everybody was super friendly except Iris the technician she was super rude didn’t explain what she was coming in the room to do as everybody else would, it looked like she didn’t enjoy her job or wasn’t happy coming to work.
The two people at the front desk-a a Black gentleman and a possible Latina- were very helpful and friendly. I am grateful for their services. (I can be a handful.)
