I ain't sure how to rate these folks yet... I'm trying to find out if this is the same group grinding and patching I-26 east of Newberry on the east and west side???? If so, you can put them in the same group as Palmetto Paving and CR Jackson as the world's worst pavers... The road was better before their patch work. Empty big trucks are bouncing clear off the road because it's so rough, and if you're loaded, buckle up because it's like riding a wild bull
