The nurses were fantastic. However, the doctor was condescending, rude and dismissive. You could not pay me to go back to see her.
I give 0 stars to Dr. Reeves and 5 stars to the staff. I’ve never had a doctor treat me this way, I drove 6 hours there and back for my appointment and it felt like a complete waste of time. I wanted to cry when I left the office because of the way I was treated, Dr. Reeves was condescending, argumentative and just plain rude. She interrupted me pretty much any time I’d try to talk. Very curt
I would give 5 stars to the staff. The receptionist and 2 nurses I dealt with were very pleasant! Dr Reeves however wouldn't get the 1 star that I had to! I found her attitude to be very rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. It would probably be recommended for Dr Reeves to read these negative comments so she can work on her professionalism. Definitely can learn a thing or two about social skills from her staff!
I’m very please with the attention to detail with my case and all the help I received from Dr. Reeves. She was very easy to talk with and took my concerns to heart. I also had the pleasure of being helped by her resident Doctor in the office Dr. Borne, I appreciated the time he put into my appointment and I can already see how great he will be once he’s done with all his schooling, all the best! You were awesome! Bedside manner was phenomenal from both doctors! Thank you
