Dirty. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Unnecessary. Will never use again! Everything went fine until the gentleman packed up to leave. (I believe this was the co-owner as the woman on the phone indicated her husband would be out to perform the carpet cleaning. She was nice and courteous on the phone.) The stained carpet he came to clean was presumably clean BUT the entrance carpet and tile where he came in to access the stained carpet was now DIRTY from his filthy wet shoes (no booties covering his sneakers or anything)... read more
