This is Mrs. Carroll again. I do not know how my earlier review was put under a Frank. I was commending the guys, Idonis, Ricky, Jean. They are so dedicated and professional and most of all so courteous and respectful. John, I thank you for your caring and understanding when I called so upset that the AC was not cooling. Idonis and Ricky did a great job removing the 24,000 btu that after 4 years had a leak in the cooling system that is unrepairable. My name is Mrs. Carroll from North Miami Beach. We have been using Reeve Air Conditioning for approximately 8 years now on my Friedrich 24,000 btu AC. The gentlemen and I mean gentlemen, Idonis, Ricky and Jean are so knowledgeable and courteous. I have spoken to Steve, John and Jose a number of times and they have always been so courteous too.
