I’ve had great experiences here before, so this visit was disappointing by comparison. The young technician who assisted me this time was on her phone throughout the entire visit, she didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, and the service itself was quite painful. Rude staff. Walked in and said hello, didnt get a response. Asked if I had to check in and got a dirty look so I just walked out.
Walked in on the older lady touching and picking at her bare feet and then got up like she was ready to touch my face. I walked out .
This used to be my favorite place to get my eyebrows done but there has been a new younger girl working n everytime I go in she's eating n says come back later this has happened every time I went n if I did come back it's like she never washed her hands n smelled like food so I found another place just thought i would put this out there maybe the owner will read this n I would show up on a Sunday at like 11:30 11-45 n this place just opened
Wonderfully done. It was painless. Very sweet beautician.
