I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I made an appointment a day in advance, but upon arriving, I was made to wait for 2 hours. What followed was even more frustrating – they started haircut, only to leave it unfinished and move on to another client, which left me feeling trapped and unable to leave. I’ve been to this salon 2 times, and each time has been progressively worse. After booking an appointment in advance, I was made to wait for over 3 hours – completely unacceptable. The entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful, and I’ll never be back. If you value your time and money, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Worst experience. Totally unprofessional. We had an appointment but she still made us wait for 3 hours. Never going back there
