Extremely disappointing experience
Kristen was incredibly helpful, kind, friendly, and an overal joy to deal with. I was very happy with her suggestions and with my purchase. I will be returning as long as she is there to help out

I live in BC and ordered two pairs of sleeper earrings on their website. Easy to order, shipping not that expensive and quite quick to ship. After receiving them I realized I ordered the wrong size and emailed to see about exchanging. Offered to exchange and was sent new pairs right away. Highly recommend.
