I live in BC and ordered two pairs of sleeper earrings on their website. Easy to order, shipping not that expensive and quite quick to ship. After receiving them I realized I ordered the wrong size and emailed to see about exchanging. Offered to exchange and was sent new pairs right away. Highly recommend.
Kristen is the best, went all out to find the charm my girlfriend lost. Bought it 7 years ago at Ressors. Kristen didn't stop looking until she found it in one of the many catalogs. She was able to order it, exactly the same one. Thank you very much Kristen 10 star service!
