Love Cremesicle! I frequent Reese's quite often and find the ice cream to be delicious, especially the cremesicle! Restaurant is clean and staff cheerful and friendly. Have met the owner and he seems pleasant too. Was helpful in suggesting gluten free options for a friend. As for the mini golf it had become run-down. It was removed at the end of July.

Kris I recently took my kids to play mini golf and was stunned to see how awful the course was. The carpets were ripped, the hazards were broken, and I guess the trellis made for an ok hazard. It was laughable! To my suprise there were a few people playing there that seemed to be having a good time and laughing. I'm thinking they were probably laughing at how pathetic this mini golf course was and how it took between 7 and 10 strokes to get the ball in the hole that was filled with twigs and leaves. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER My parents have been life-long residents of Auburn and my sisters and I return with our children to visit regularly. Having grown up in Auburn, we have nostalgia for Reese's Mini-golf and Dairy Bar on Clark Street. Don't Visit!!! My family and I had a VERY bad experience at Reese's Dairy Bar. We did not get what we wanted when we ordered our ice cream and when we told they owner he said well you have to order hard ice cream by scoops, not size; that is why you got soft ice cream and walked away.....We told him and the girl who took our order that the sign was not clear and this was our first time there, we were sorry we made an error, but we would like the hard homemade ice cream. mm mm Reeses is located right on Rt 5 near the Auburn Mall. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. There are plenty of yummy flavors to choose from. The mini golf available makes Reeses a fun place to frequent. I love their banana splits.

AWESOME I know the people who own Reese's and I know the people who work at Reese's. Reese's is a community treasure. CLEAN Restaurant, Fast Service, Great Products!!! Keep up the good work (and don't let some disgruntled nuts get you down).

WORST Service I stopped at the ice cream stand on our way to the drive-in's with 4 kids and experienced some of the worst customer service of my life. The owner (I would assume) was so RUDE!! There was a mistake with one ice cream cone and he handed the extra one to my 15 year old daughter. Even after apologizing and leaving a tip he was completely rude. Even started screaming at my daughter to not throw it away when she couldn't eat both ice creams! I asked what his problem was and he even followed us to our car screaming t... read more
