I had a really disappointing experience with Reese. I got my Evo towed out there, which was a 3–4 hour trip, expecting professional service—but it honestly wasn’t worth it. What made it even more disappointing is that after paying for a diagnostic, there were still issues with my car that they didn’t catch, and I only found out about them when I went to another shop. My first time getting a tune done. COBB tuner on my Porsche 911 NA engine. I like how James does things. He takes the time to explain everything throughout whole process. He knows his stuff and doesnt make you feel like just another number. My car runs great am i'm very satisfied with the whole experience. Brandie is also great to deal with as far as scheduling and has great communication. Highly recommend. Thanks!
Wow, I’m amazed at the kind of person James is. He pays attention to every single detail—no matter how small. I’m absolutely certain you won’t leave his shop without a job well done. He knows everything there is to know about Subarus—he’s a genius! I recommend him 100%. I wouldn’t mind driving four hours to get to his shop at all—I’d do it very happily. I am very happy with the results.
