This firm represents our family trust and as we approached the death of our father we needed to speak with Ralph Collins who created our trust and estate planning. A week has passed since reaching out multiple times with no return from him or his assistant. I'm not having a very good experience with they they have been taking 4 years to do a living trust for my grandparents my grandparents have been deceased for a few years now everytime I call they don't call me back I'm thinking I've gotta see another lawyer about this it should not take four years I've learned I'm disappointed with there services
