I have requested info on a referral 3 times now this week. no one has returned my requests. I have found that since they became Mary Washington Family Health, the quality of care/responses to patients has gone down hill.
HE WORST HEALTH CARE SYSTEM EVER! CHARGES ME AS A NEW PATIENT AND I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 17YRS. BEEN PENALIZED AS I HAVE BEEN HEALTHY AND HAVEN'T HAD TO GO. THEN THEY HAVE THE NEVER TO SEND ME A BILL AFTER I PAID, AND OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FIRST . THIS HEALTH CARE SYSTEM NOW IS PATHETIC. THE WHOLE HEATH CARE SYSTEM NEEDS TO CHANGE. NOT LIKE THE GOOD OLD DAYS WHEN THE DRS WERE CARING
