With the change of their hours and the closure of one office, they have limited appointment times and are discouraging walk-in appointments. If you need an appointment it is best to schedule it about 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Any last minute appointment they will recommend that you go to an Urgent Care Facility. Reese Medical is not able handle last minute appointments. So if you wake-up sick and need to see a doctor, you are out of luck. Poor customer service & over charged!!! Had an exam that required labs. Was not aware of all the charges that were being done via the lab. Almost all were not even related to my situation. Recieved over 300.00 in lab fees that my insur. would not cover. Promised from office manager that they would be resolved. No return calls from the manager over 3 weeks now. Excellent Medical Care – They provided excellent medical care for my son. He was injured at a sporting event and the professionals at Reese Medical had him back up and on the field in no time. We thought he had a broken leg but it turned out to be just a really bad sprain. Our sincere thanks - Ginny

Great Practice – I would recommend this practice to anyone. The staff is very helpful and the doctor really took time with me. I felt like all my problems were addressed and the care was top notch.
I would highly recommend this practice! – I received excellent care at Reese Medical Associates. The staff was helpful from the girls at the front desk, to the nurses, to the nice lady that helped me with billing (I don't recall her name). During my visit I met both a PA and then a doctor. I felt like my illness was attended to thoroughly. I did well with treatment and will be sticking with these guys for years to come. They are a class act.
I would highly recomend Reese Medical Associates. The staff is so patient and nice. Even when they are busy they take the time to be concerned with me as an individual. I have seen several doctors over the past couple of years and each has take time with me to listen to all my problems. It is nice to experience this in this day and age.
Oh my gosh, I cant believe anyone would write that terrible review about Reese Medical. They have been my family practice doctor for three years. They not only treat myself, spouse and children, but my mother, father, and grandparents. They even treat my boss! We all love them. From the smiling girls at the front desk, to the wonderful doctors and PA's, to the nursing staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Bad place to have medical care – In my opinion, and as a patient, I experienced poor medical services. I made an appointment with a doctor, but then I was evaluated by a PA. I know there are good PA's, but if you made an appointment to see a doctor, you expect to be evaluated by a doctor. My medical issues were not treated properly and then I was charged for services based on examinations that do not occur. Do not allow this to happen again.
