needed complete roof replacement on 96 year old house that included complete tear off of original cedar shakes. I had concern with sag of rafter and ice buildup which had prompted a leak. Jason visually inspected in the attic and the roof; took pictures (which I never saw); and I was presented with a very expensive quote which I accepted because I felt reassured that the structure would be addressed.
