I called to make a new patient appointment today and was told there are no appointments available. Ever.
Update on 6/6/23: We still love Dr. Graves and continue to see him. His PA responds promptly and Dr. Graves still has a wonderful bedside manner and stays current on his medical knowledge. My family's PCP is Dr Graves and has been for 2 years. Dr. Graves continues to be caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. If something is going on that isn't his specialty, he knows which BSW doctor to refer us to. If there is one we prefer to go to, he supports your preference.
