These guys are terrible. I'll be honest here and say I've never used their services but I was employed years back as a graphic artist for them to illustrate a manual about how to install furnaces. The pay was to be $1000 for the whole manual. Apparently they had been looking and I was the only one who could do the isometric drawings needed. My first two days were spent by the elderly gentleman (then in a wheelchair, maybe still) showing me around and showing off drawings he had done of horses, so zero pay.
